The Deluxe package is a more abundant and luxurious raw bar designed for clients who want the seafood station to serve as the focal point of the event.

Includes: Everything in the Classic package, plus cocktail crab claws, expanded oyster selection, premium shellfish presentation, and the option to feature lobster tail and claw meat.

Chef Attendant / Shucker

A chef attendant or shucking staff member is required for all raw bar stations — $200 per 2 hours.

Can guests with shellfish allergies safely attend an event with a raw bar?

Yes. The raw bar is a self-serve station — guests with shellfish allergies simply avoid it. We position the raw bar separately from other stations and clearly label all shellfish items. Cross-contamination with non-shellfish stations is prevented through separate serving equipment.

How long can a raw bar run during an event?

Raw bars typically run two to three hours. Our staff monitors ice temperatures continuously and rotates product to maintain freshness and food safety compliance. For events exceeding three hours, we schedule a mid-event product refresh.

Can we customize the shellfish selection?

Yes. We can adjust the selection to emphasize oyster varieties, add lobster tail, or expand the shrimp offering. Some premium additions carry supplemental pricing. Your catering manager will work with you on a customized shellfish menu.

Does the raw bar work for outdoor events?

Yes, with temperature management. Outdoor raw bars need shade coverage to protect the ice display. We use insulated ice beds and monitor ambient temperature to ensure shellfish stays within safe holding temperatures throughout the event.
